Retirement Dashboard (“the App”) is a product of Donkey Labs. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is handled, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Retirement Dashboard is an educational modelling tool and nothing more. It is provided strictly for general information and educational purposes.

The App does not provide financial, investment, pension, tax, or legal advice, and nothing it displays should be treated as advice.
The App does not recommend, endorse, or promote any investment, financial product, provider, or course of action.
All projections and charts are simplified, hypothetical illustrations calculated solely from the figures and assumptions you enter. They are not forecasts, predictions, or guarantees of any actual outcome. Actual investment returns, inflation, tax rules, and personal circumstances will differ.
Donkey Labs is not a financial adviser, and the App is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other financial regulator.
You should not make, delay, or change any financial decision on the basis of the App. Always consult an appropriately qualified and regulated financial adviser before making decisions about your pension, savings, or investments.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the App or its outputs.

Who we are

The App is developed and offered by Donkey Labs. The developer and data controller for any personal information described in this policy is Martin Cavey (“we”, “us”). The App has no user accounts.

Your data stays on your device

Everything you enter into the App — such as your age, retirement dates, pension and savings amounts, lump sums, expenses, and tax settings — is stored locally on your device only. The App makes no network connections: your figures are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and we have no ability to see, access, or recover them.

Information we do not collect

No analytics, advertising, or tracking

The App contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising technologies, and it does not share or sell any user data — it has none to share.

Crash and technical diagnostics

Platform providers (such as Apple or Google) may collect limited technical information, like crash reports and diagnostics, in accordance with their own privacy policies and your device settings. This happens at platform level and is not something the App itself initiates.

Deleting your data

Because all data lives on your device, you are in full control. You can clear your figures using the App’s reset options, or remove everything by uninstalling the App. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered by us — we never had a copy. Protecting the device itself (passcode, biometrics) is your responsibility.

Children’s privacy

The App is a retirement planning education tool and is not directed at children, and it does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

International users

Because the App processes everything on your device and transmits nothing, your information is not transferred internationally by us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
